Are you appointment-based only?
Yes, our barbershop operates primarily by appointment.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Walk-ins are accepted when availability permits. If a time slot becomes available, we may ask you to return at that specific time.
What if I’m late for my appointment?
Barbers typically allow up to a 10-minute grace period after your scheduled appointment time. Policies may vary by barber, so we recommend contacting your barber directly if you expect to be late.
How should I prepare before my haircut?
Please arrive with clean, freshly washed hair and without hats or styling products. This allows your barber to work more effectively and achieve the best results.
What should I do when I arrive for my appointment?
Upon arrival, please inform the barber closest to the front door of the barber you have an appointment with and your scheduled time.
Why is the shop cash only?
Our barbers operate independently and rent their chairs. Because of this, each barber determines the payment methods they accept, and most currently accept cash.
What if there are no available slots?
If no appointments are available, it means the shop is fully booked. You may contact your barber directly to inquire about after-hours appointments or possible squeeze-ins, which may be subject to an additional fee.
